AU Orientation Booklet
This project involved a full visual refresh of the HR new-hire orientation experience, designed to create a more welcoming, cohesive, and engaging introduction for incoming employees. The revamp focused on improving clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across all orientation materials while elevating the overall first-day experience.
Deliverables included a 40-page orientation guide, along with supporting materials such as stickers and postcards. The guide was carefully structured to organize a large volume of information into a clear, accessible layout with strong typographic hierarchy and intentional pacing.
